Who We Are
We are compassionate, caring humans who have experienced and moved through a wide variety of challenges in our lives.
We know what hard times feel like. We have spent time navigating the felt experience of healing our wounds and know that healing isn't linear, it can be a beautifully messy and wild ride. We are not registered counselors, psychologists or psychiatrists. We are relatable human beings that have experienced challenges and have made it to the other side, healing and empowered to help others.
When you reach out, you share what you feel called to share with us, without pressure. We feel a calling to stand with others in those difficult times, we know that healing is an inside job that cannot be done alone. We are committed to holding compassionate space for those that reach out to us. We understand the deep need to be seen, heard and understood.
